Breathing in and being present I recently went to Greece to attend a retreat, Glow Up in Greece. I knew about this retreat for a long time. I wanted to go. I did not want to spend the money on it. I wanted the experience. I did not want to leave my family behind. I wanted to take my very first international flight. I did not want to put my clients aside. Sigh. These are really big negotiations for me. Do the thing I want and disappoint everyone else in the process.
